Man Filmed Throwing Ducks Into Car, Running Them Over

Police in Campbell, Calif., continued searching Tuesday for a man caught on surveillance video purposely running over ducks with his car and killing others with his hands or by throwing them into his car.

Video recently released from the business showed a man running with a duck in his hand. He was also filmed in a red Acura Integra running over a group of ducks and throwing some of them against his car.

The Campbell Police Department said 10 ducks were killed at the Delta Queen Classic Car Wash located at 981 E. Hamilton Ave., earlier this month.

"When I heard the story this morning it was just awful," car wash customer Eveyln Ortiz said. "I love animals and I'm here all the time and I've brought my nephew here before and we fed the ducks and to hear what somebody could just do, just so cruelly, just upset me."

Crime Stoppers has offered a $1,000 reward and other donations have raised the total to more than $5,000 for the capture of the duck killer.
