You've heard of bullet-proof... but TASER-proof?

Hamilton Police tried, unsuccessfully, to deploy a TASER on a large, unruly suspect, only to have the barbed prongs bounce off the man.

Watch as sparks delivering 50,000-volts bounce harmlessly near the suspect's feet after the prongs hit the sidewalk. --
