WHUPPED: Store owner beats 13-year-old patron with belt

DECEMBER 30--Meet Chris Kemp. The 37-year-old Oregon man was arrested for burglary the day after Christmas. He was found in a stranger's home wearing the clothes of the occupant's mother. As for the below mug shot taken by the Multnomah County Sheriff, no, the image has not been manipulated to make Kemp resemble a light bulb or balloon. And he apparently got those forehead scratches during an earlier encounter with some sort of brier patch, details of which TSG has not uncovered. (2 pages)
