Cop Caught Having Sex With Teen While He Was Supposed to Be on Duty!

What would you do if you found an unoccupied police car parked in your driveway at 5:30 in the morning? Like most people, you might be a little concerned and start looking around your house to see if there was a reason the police might have stopped by while you were sleeping. Maybe a burglar in the area, or reports of loud hippy music coming from the pot-smoking neighbors. For one Georgia man who came home early from work, the answer was probably not what he expected: he found the 28-year-old officer in his 16-year-old girl's room engaged in an unspecified sex act! (Improper use of his "night stick", perhaps?) Randolph Cobian, an officer in Henry County, Georgia was charged with one count of sexual molestation and one count of aggravated sexual molestation. According to reports, Cobian met the girl about a year ago when he started volunteering as a coach at the private school she attended. We're also curious as to who the father called to arrest Cobian because he was supposed to be on duty at that time and patrolling an area far from the girl's home. As a result of the incident, Cobian was "immediately terminated" as an employee of the police department. The Georgia Bureau of Investigation is conducting the investigation in this incident.
