Britney 'oblivious' to shooting, Kevin Federline nods sagely

"Pop star Britney Spears knew nothing about the shooting of a man waiting to photograph her, and her security staff were not involved, a spokeswoman said.

Photographer Brad Diaz was shot in the thigh by a pellet gun while waiting for Spears outside a house in Malibu.

'Britney didn't know anything about it. She had nothing to do with it,' her spokeswoman Nicole King said.

Police are investigating a complaint by Mr Diaz of misdemeanour battery. Spears, 23, expects a baby in October." (more at link)
