Charges Filed In Idaho Missing Case AKA another sick phuck bites the dust

COEUR D'ALENE, Idaho — A registered sex offender arrested in the Shasta Groene abduction has been charged with kidnapping two children with the intent of committing sexual acts or causing serious injury.
Joseph Edward Duncan the Third was ordered by an Idaho magistrate to be held without bail.

The girl and her nine-year-old brother, Dylan, had been missing since May 16th
Wearing a yellow jumpsuit, Duncan said little during a brief court appearance, other than to acknowledge that he understood the charges and to ask if he could consult with his public defender.

Duncan was arrested Saturday with eight-year-old Shasta Groene after they were spotted by employees and customers at a Denny's restaurant in Coeur d'Alene.

The girl and her nine-year-old brother, Dylan, had been missing since May 16th, when the bodies of their mother, older brother and mother's boyfriend were found at their rural home. Authorities have said they think Dylan is dead.
