The plans for each toy are included in various issues of the ACME Novelty Library, as well as other publications. (If you don't want to cut up them funnybooks, just scan, print, and paste them onto thicker paper, like I did.) To be honest, making them takes a bit of time, but just follow the directions and you'll be alright! It also helps if you are unemployed at the moment.
