MARIO QUILT-- a teen's summer project

"UGH! FINALLY!! my mario quilt is complete. i started working at my aunt's quilt shop this summer and have been quilting for quite a few years (started when i was 16, i am now 19) and the environment i was in all summer totally rubbed off on me. i NEEDED a huge project to accomplish."

Hands down, this is the coolest quilt I've ever seen. Imagine if you will, 120 years from now it will be featured on The Antiques Roadshow: Mars and someone will be shocked to find out it's worth $185K (or some ridiculous amount.)

The owner will exclaim, "OMG! I just had it thrown over the back of the hovering couch outside my holodeck, I had no idea it was so valuable!". :) (more pics after the jump)
