"One of my best-known SF images is probably the one at left ~ my interpretation of H.G.Wells' War of the Worlds, with Fighting Machines attacking the ironclad Thunderchild. The original, landscape-format version (bought by Bob Monkhouse) was done for the musical album, but due to a dispute was never used. It then appeared in New Challenge of the Stars, and in many other publications. (For the full story, see Hardyware!)
