Chechen rebels not to be out done!
The Chechen rebels have upped the ante and are willing to pay a $20,000,000 ruble ($14.87) bounty for the capture of Vladimir Putin after he issued a bounty of $10,000,000 rubles ($7.44) for the capture of the Two leaders of the Chechen rebels, Aslan Maskhadov and Shamil Basayev.
In other news a bounty of $183 was placed for the head of Kyzer Sose by Tom Ridgevia (la mefi)
