I think a better idea would be to kill the person that sent picture. I accidently was sent to this site and I was shocked at the amount of ignorant people in this world. First of all, learn how to use the word "retarded", which actually means to "delay" or "impede". Second of all, by degrading mentally handicap people by saying they are goofy looking, like this cat, is the most obsurd and shallow comment I have ever heard. Lastly, I almost guarantee that mentally handicap people will serve a greater purpose in this world then the creator of this picture. Now go take another hit of weed and kill some more brain cells which you don't use.
